A poem i wrote

I wrote this in English. I know its not great but its kinda kool.

my eyes open.
i see the sun spilling into my room around the curtains,
like water escaping a bucket through a crack.
i feel the suns warmth on my skin

it takes me a minute to wake up,
its the that i realise my alarm hasnt gone off,
i feel a giant smile form across my face
i'm as happy as a kid on christmas day.

i strech for a moment,
while i do, i think about all the fun and laughter that will come in the nex eight weeks,
i then jump out of bed
compleatly ready for the first day of the summer holiday

so this is my first time making a blog. I'm not really sure wat to blog about or what people are interested in. If theres something you want me to blog about or think i should blog about let me know and i'll look into it :)

i'd also love some feed back of my basic design for my blog. yes?  no? anything i should add/ take away ??
